Just stopped in with some wheel questions as I had a problem after another shop trued them up. Wayne and his team were super patient, despite how busy they were, and left me feeling well taken care of and well suited to get back on the trail. I'm not going to mess around with anyone else for parts or service when I'm in Denver; I'll be going straight to C3 instead. I should also mention that I purchased a kids bike from them previously, and love their trade-up program such that I can upgrade my son to a new bike once he's ready. Keep up the great work, C3!

Jake and the team were great to work with and very knowledgeable. Super helpful and quick to assemble a kids bike on short notice for a test ride. Great trade up program for kiddos and excellent selection for the bigger kid in you.

Bought a bike at one of their locations which is now closed. It was a horrible experience and took them a long time to get the bike right. now that I have taken the bike to a proper bike shop, it's going to cost me almost $1,000 to get the appropriate components put on to it.nnif you want your bike built by people who know absolutely nothing about building bicycles, this is your shop.nnAlso, I donated a bike to this shop and they never gave me a receipt, so if you like to be screwed over and lied to, again this is the best shop in town for that

Great experience, showed up as a walk-in with an emergency repair for my Intense. The staff was friendly and accommodating considering the times. I appreciate the service from Ian. Thanks again.
