The girl at the front desk was super nice and sweet and very good at staying calm under tremendous pressure. The hotel is clearly understaffed. No one's rooms were ready at check out time. There was a huge line and non stop phone calls that this poor girl had to manage all by herself while telling upset people their rooms were not ready. One gentleman sat there for 2 hours. I came in and out to my vehicle and he was there the whole time. The room was nice for the price but I got a non-smoking room and the room stunk like smoke. Even after having the window open for hours when I left all my stuff stinks. I would not return. If you smoke and come in for check in a little later it's a great value. If you don't smoke don't come here unless cigarettes smell doesn't bother you.

I stayed two nights and had an incident that I wasn't comfortable with. The shower was good with great pressure and bed was comfortable, but housekeeping was horrible.nnWhen I left my room for less than 10 minutes to get food I came back to a housekeeper going through my bag. Interesting enough it was the same housekeeper that was sitting at the desk that heard which room I was in and watched me leave. She was also well aware that my room didn't need to be cleaned.nnSince I was going to be right back I left all my valuables worth thousands in the room. There was no cleaning cart sitting in the hall and when I opened the door I saw the older housekeeper with curly hair throw my bag back on the table. I had about an eighth of weed in my bag and she tried to threaten me with $100 fine for smoking as she went for the door. I looked up the law and no one is lawfully able to go into my room unless I'm being a disturbance, cleaning, or maintenance and she wasn't there to do any. I felt so violated that I wouldn't leave my room for the rest of my stay.

The wall mirror fell off the wall and shattered on the floor when we were across the entire room. It wasn't supported well. We had to switch rooms but the new room was to our liking. It was clean, the bathroom was nice and the beds were comfortable. Last time we stayed here it was a pleasant stay as well. Overall, a good experience. I would recommend this 2-star hotel. The only reason I rated it a 4 instead of 5 is because there was no manager on duty nor was there a maintenance worker on duty. They also didn't leave the front desk receptionist with extra towels.

This review goes out to Greg at the front desk who was very helpful and courteous. Greg has outstanding customer service skills along with good intuition and deserves a bump up in pay in my opinion. Oh, the room was fairly clean but reeked of cigarette smoke. Housekeeping should be armed with Febreeze Fabric Fresh. Nice work Greg! ud83dudc4dud83dudcaf⭐⭐⭐⭐
