Hilton Garden Inn Arvada Denver

Great Hotel. Extremely Clean, smelled fresh and very welcoming. Tisha was an amazing! Great personality and impeccable customer service. She made us feel extremely welcomed and took care of us over the Thanksgiving weekend. Her energy is what will make us want to stay here on each visit back to the Arvada area!!!

I stayed at this Hilton for two nights along with the Hilton in steamboat for two nights. This garden inn is nowhere near comparable to the Hilton in steamboat unfortunately. When I checked in only one of my three cards worked and instead of offering to bring me working cards I had to return to the desk after traveling all day. The people above us stomped and ran around pretty much every moment we were in the room and then we had the absolute pleasure of listening to someone scream and have sex at five in the afternoon for several hours. I also didn’t appreciate the way the woman who checked us in at the front desk stared down my friends and I, every single one of my friends commented on the way she was looking at us and it just made us feel uncomfortable. Especially considering I am a Hilton rewards member. The rooms here are very tiny and after being a Denver resident for a few years I definitely think that you can find something better for the price as long as you’re willing to travel. No free breakfast like at the Hilton in steamboat, and you had to reserve the pool hot tub and any of the amenities ahead of time again much unlike the Hilton in steamboat. We would also appreciate some free water bottles as Hilton reward members, charging guests three dollars per water bottle is disgusting during a pandemic. We likewise had an awful view of the movie theater. For $150, a night, expect a lot more. I brought my friends who are visiting Colorado for the first time here and I definitely felt embarrassed compared to the steamboat location.

I stayed at this hotel for a wedding and the staff was fabulous! Tisha at the front desk is so sweet and accommodating. She made me feel right at home and made sure that our whole group was happy throughout! Would recommend this hotel to anyone

Not to par customer service. My breakfast order was wrong twice. Little attention to details. Also cold hot tube which we had to reserve, but did not get to use.

What an overall disappointment for a “Hilton”. The pool is tiny, the morning staff is rude we checked out this morning and were treated extremely rudely. The walls are super thin, we could hear everything in the hallway, it sounded like something was knocking on our window all night (we were on the 4th floor). The room was a nice size, but no robe to walk to the swimming pool, tiny toilets, very tiny shower.
