Rita in the office is very rude. She writes notes because no body can understand her, and has threatened to kick us out multiple times. She screwed up our reservation and made us pay full price then refunded the whole amount (after saying she’d just refund the difference) and it put a hold on the money and then she blamed me and said if we don’t pay we need to leave (she also tried charging our 3 other cards for this same transaction), every time since she has an attitude when i come to pay for the room she rolls her eyes and gets huffy. she called our hotel room screaming at my husband for no reason other than the room needed paid but i had just paid the room. And now she’s written a note that there’s “too much traffic to and from our room” we’re two people and a dog, we know no one here but she’s implying that there’s more people in the room and that she’s “seen it on the cameras” don’t waste your time here guys you’ll just be treated rudely. I have called the customer complaint line and have complained about her multiple times but really what needs to happen is she needs to be fired because of how she treats PAYING customers. If i could rate this place lower than one star i would. Also walls are so thin we could hear the upstairs neighbors having fairly loud screaming sex and moving around the furniture. This place is the worst (:

The staff here is honestly the best staff. Front desk, maintenance, house keeping and even the manager herself have been some of the nicest, modest, honest and helpful people I've met. The rooms are very clean. And the prices are affordable!!

Well, the staff is very friendly, however I got back after housekeeping had gone for the day, and so I called front desk to request clean set of towels and was told no, because housekeeping was gone. I've never ever had a motel tell me no, they always have clean set for guests. I'm still in my room til tomorrow morning, was gonna extend stay, but this really bothers me. Other than that the room is good room, small but please effect for me and my dog. Quiet last night, slept well. Just need clean towels. Didn't expect that to be an unreasonable request.

I stayed here 2 nights. Maids never cleaned or gave fresh towels. I go to pay and head back to my room and a so called manager said I need to leave. I said I just came from paying. He insisted and pushed my door open and demanded me to leave. I asked for the manager he says he is one. I think they made a poor choice. Dirty rooms, poor customer service. Lady in front was very polite and apologized for his behavior. He kicked out a paying customer. Zero stars!

Needs better shower heads and higher water pressure. A lot of shady characters walk around at night and people blasting music in the parking lots. The staff are a little rude and half of the channels don't work for the cable and TV. For the price they charge there is a lot wrong with this Motel 6.
