Less then even 1 star, this place was discusting. The guy in the front was disrespectful, rude, he wouldn't give us our belongings until we paid a 25$ cleaning fee. This place is full of drugs, bed bugs, discusting people. It should be shut down!!!
My home away from home. Justin and shaun are awesome. They care about the people theyve always helped me and my family when we needed time to pay rent. They was very empathetic to our situation. Thank you justin and shaun.
They were very helpful in a time of need ...But NO DOGS...
If it wasn't for the loud upstairs people above our room I would actually rate this hotel five stars. Now the main reasons I say this is because the hotel might be out dated a little but the respect and love you feel from the entire employee base makes you feel just that ...loved and welcome. The rooms are clean and neat but feels like 90s which are good for longer stays. We also enjoyed the location giving great access to downtown or west to the mountain within 10 min or n/s just the same. Over all we really enjoyed our 3 weeks. I only recommend if you live or stay above anyone please be mindful of your feet and the types of floors you are walking on. Its not only respectful but it's also how anyone would want for themselves
Cockroaches and they charged me for an additional day i wasn't even there then refused to refund.
