Location is great being halfway between my kids and business, easy going owner is great about the riff raff around promptly enforcing the no trespassing and visitors after 10 rule if they don't pay as most motels do.nI stay a week a month and the owner is great the housekeeper is awesome and works diligently to make me cozy in my older but clean and quiet room. Best motel by far between Federal and Kipling. Central to everything. Great stays always.
Owner/manager is nazzi about guests as in no one is allowed to even stop by to say hello a pizza guy delivering dinner is seriously pushing it and when they kick you out there is no refund the only things I can say good about this place is they have playboy channel and its one of the few motels along this stretch of colfax without bedbugs that I've seen and there are a few rooms with 2 separate bedrooms though there isn't a door between them

Unfortunately you have management that think their running a kingdom on west colfax, in a way I guess they are in their own little demented way!
