Hands down one of the best bikes shops I’ve been to. They are down to earth, knowledgeable, and stoked to talk bikes. It’s not often you get guys behind the counter that are ready to give pro tips on maintenance instead of just trying to take your money. Keep the local shops alive ud83eudd18

I went with a friend here to pick up hiking boots. The guy who works the shoe department analyzed her feet, was able to tell she had a past injury in one leg, and found great shoes with great support tailored for her feet. He ripped off tags, cut up insoles, and did whatever necessary for her to have the perfect set-up. He was also an awesome guy named Mike with Hawaiian Indian heritage, who gave her the native perspective on the dig site she is headed to.

Poor experience with this place. I bought a new, full suspension $1800 youth mountain bike here as a birthday present for one of my children. Given the COVID bike scarcity this was the only shop in a 50 mile radius that had the model we were looking for and we had to drive 25 miles to the shop to pick it up. Upon checking out I noticed that one of the cranks had scratches on it. I requested the shop order a replacement crank and we would return to swap out, which I believed was very reasonable given I was buying a brand new, expensive bike. The associate called the owner and I was then told tough luck. It was the only bike like this that they, and other shops, had in inventory and they were unwilling to address the damage. They offered me a tune up I would ostensibly use 2 years from now and would have to drive 25 miles to claim. Given the pending birthday, and lack of options available, I took the bike anyways however feeling taken advantage of given my limited choice. It didn’t feel good. I asked the associate to have the owner call me to discuss. 3 days later and no call. Little did they know I am also in the market for 2 full suspension, full carbon mt. Bikes that we’ll buy in the next month and I will exercise my choice when buying, not at Cycle Dynamics. There are plenty of other shops who will stand by their products and think longer term about customer relationships.

Nate and crew are the best! They always do great work and put up with my lack of knowledge about my own equipment. They are always willing to answer my questions, no matter how basic. They go out of their way to make sure that their customers are happy.

I don't write many reviews but these guys deserve it. The service is outstanding. Every staff member is knowledgeable and they always try to help you in any way possible to get you back on the bike. Make it a point to shop here and get your maintenance done and you won't regret it. Best shop in the Denver metro area.
