Staff was exceedingly nice and helpful. Prices fair. And the restaurant next door is a great place to have a drink while you wait.
Just as I arrived in Denver to begin my tour on the CT, I clumsily bent the inner valve of my presta valve, giving myself a flat on my fat tire. I walked to the nearest bike shop and they told me it would be 8 hours until they could fix it. I proceeded to walk to Framework Cycles and Jake stopped what he was doing to help me out and get me on the road as soon as possible. Super friendly, great work, exceptionally priced. Thanks again Jake! This place rules. New favorite bike shop in Denver. Check them out!
There is a reason Framework is the #1 bike shop in Denver! Tom and Jake are both so helpful , knowledgable and do excellent work. Truly some of the best customer experience I've ever experienced and they really know their stuff! Whether you need a small tune up or a complete overhaul, Framework should be your pick! This will be my bike shop for life!
My bike was very overdue for a tune-up, when I made the appointment I thought I'd need the most expensive one. After Jake looked at it he recommended a cheaper tune up, I really appreciated the honesty and that he didn't upsell me. My bike is riding like it is brand new! Everyone there is super nice and provides great service at a very reasonable price. I will absolutely be back for service and to buy biking supplies.
Awesome neighborhood bike shop. Have had two bikes worked on here and couldn’t be happier. Great service, quick turn around times, and very reasonable pricing! Highly recommend!
