This is a fun and intimate shop with caring and friendly staff. Gary, Clifford and all the other staff members that I have not yet gotten names from are wonderful. I will look to give them my business whenever possible.nnI’ve now been to three of your locations, all of which have great selection and staff that go the extra mile.

Great selection in stock (in very difficult times). Welcoming staff compared to other pretty arrogant cycle shops in Denver. We are low maintenance customers - we know what we want. Although we had a relatively inexperienced salesperson, he was able to get ready support from the rest of the Team and we felt very comfortable that we had the whole Team supporting us. A great experience.

The staff is really nice and friendly and smart. I had a pretty decent amount of work done on my mountain bike and it was riding smooth as silk the day I picked up and went riding. They did a great job.

DJ was so incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and really saved my sanity/life! I had just invested in a new bike that was a lot of money for me at a different store where they pushed me out the door and the bike was not properly fitted. DJ was so patient, friendly, and took every measure to make sure i was comfortable, the fit was correct, all the while educating me so in the future i can know what i'm looking for. I had started to regret my purchase due to how i was treated and how uncomfortable the bike was to ride. Because of DJ's help, I was once again excited to give my new bike another try and do the thing i love the most. Now, I only regret not buying it from Elevation Cycles! Because of my experience with Dj's amazing customer service, Elevation will always have my business. Truly Invaluable customer service!

Closed during hours of business. They don't answer the door or the phone and voice-mail is full. It appeared there was an employee riding a bike around the store, ignoring the door. Apparently, they aren't in the business of making sales.
