Recently purchased a bike from GG consumer direct. I knew what I was looking for and they helped me pick a model that would fit my riding style. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been super nice, and most importantly VERY knowledgeable about their product. Haven’t received my new bike yet so I will update this review once I have the bike. Speaking from a customer service standpoint I’m really impressed with my experience.

The bikes are awesome. Honestly these days it's hard to find a high end mountain bike that you won't be happy with, but where the difference lies is in the innovation of their new carbon frames and the fact that they are made in the united states. I've had my Trail Pistol for almost a week now and I've put some saddle time on it. Still getting it dialed in, but it has really been a great bike.nnWhat really sets these guys apart is their customer service. This was the first time I have ever bought a complete bike online and I was super nervous. I was afraid it wouldn't be as good as I expected and I was afraid the customer service wouldn't be that great. None of this has been the case. Any time I have called or emailed I have received a reply within 1 business day and most of the time within the same day. All of the people that handle their customer service have answered every single one of my questions and I am not an easy customer to deal with. I always have a million questions especially when it comes to my mountain bikes.nnTop notch service, and top notch bikes. Really can't say anything negative about them aside from the lead time, but they certainly let you know that the wait is a ways out. I think I was somewhere near the 11 or 12 week mark for my bike, but it was worth it.
