First time customer and was very impressed with the salesperson’s knowledge, advice and professionalism. He also solicited other sales people to answer questions he didn’t know instead of just making something up. They spent a lot of time with me making sure I was comfortable with my bike purchase and also recommended the right accessories...... not the most expensive. They configured my bike right there, had me test it and went over all the components. Would definitely buy there again.
I had a minor issue that was quickly addressed by their mechanics. It was so minor they did not charge me but their fix made a huge difference in my ride. Their prices seem very reasonable for service. I will take my bike back for seasonal service. Store is clean and feels safe. Great customer service.
Hands down the best bike shop in Denver. They had the particular Specialized bike that every other shop was sold out of and in my size! These guys came in clutch and made the purchase a breeze. Highly Recommend! Super nice people too.
I bought a new 2021 Trek Demonte Lt+ Yesterday Nov 23 2020nI was greeted by Jonathan.nHe is probably the one reason I bought the bike, although I do like this dealership. It’s a beautiful store and everybody is super helpful.nJust turned 70 on the first of November, so I thought I’d buy myself a birthday present. I have been a road bike rider and racer Most of my life.nJonathan was with me for about three hours I test rode a couple bikes. and was very helpful and very knowledgeable.nHe never talk down to me, after all for 70 year old man walks in to buy a bicycle you wouldn’t think he knew much. But Jonathan was always respectful, it very nice experience!nI would definitely buy another bike from them again, super great experience!
Excellent customer service and knowledgeable, experienced staff.nI came in looking for cycling shoes to use with a Peloton, while I didn't find the right fit in stock, the staff person i was working with came up with a solution to simply replace the pedals with those i could use with the shoes & SPD clips i already owned. AND he showed me how to easy it was to switch out the pedals. I appreciated his solution-oriented approach!nThe store also has very good Covid procedures. I felt safe shopping there.
