This bike shop is incredible and I highly recommend it. They have helped me a ton and I am writing this review simply to encourage you to check them out. Where they shine is in helping you match your needs/wants with what can be done and doing it with value in mind. If they don't have it or can't do it, they will recommend where you can go to get it. Their knowledge and willingness to help is exceptional. I have bought 8 bikes from these guys over the last 5 years or so and this is also the shop I service them all. Some of the bikes have been stock off the shelf, but most were built ground up and I wouldn't have been able to do it without them. My bikes from them have ranged from city, mountain bikes, e-bikes, and road bikes and they have knowledge with all of them. They have a big selection of e-bikes and also specialize in cargo bikes. They will spend hours talking to you about different bikes and components to help you figure out the right build. Prices and turnaround time for service is very reasonable and I never have to worry about it not being done right like I have had from other shops. This is small shop as far as bike shops go, but conveniently have two locations on different sides of town. I can't say enough good things about they guys and I am so glad that I found them. This is the ideal neighborhood bike shop. They mechanics are so nice and helpful. Anytime I stop by I always leave feeling like my bike is in better shape and knowing more about bikes in general. Highly recommend.

I truly cannot recommend SloHi enough! I was in the market for a new single speed and needed some expert support. I checked a couple different shops out but was smitten with SloHi the moment I walked in. The *entire team* is completely fabulous! They are all extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. They spent so much time helping me figure out exactly what I wanted, and then worked some epic magic to get a custom bike coordinated quickly amidst the COVID chaos. Their genuine excitement for me made buying my first proper bike an even sweeter experience. If you’re in the Denver area and looking for a new bike, get your buns over to SloHi!

These guys are the best! Reached out to about 20+ shops to get my electric scooter tires replaced and they were one of the few to offer to get the job done. Quick turn around time + great communication & service. I would highly recommend SloHi Bike Co. Highlands!!

I brought my bike in for a general tune up after being stored for 1.5 years. Everyone I spoke with and interacted with treated me with kindness and were very helpful to answer my specific questions about my bike. Even with the extreme high volume of work they've likely had to do during the pandemic, my bike was completed in 2 weeks; Other places I called had quoted me 3-4 weeks. I am excited to have it back in my possession! As a first time customer to SloHi Bike Co., I am extremely happy with their customer service and I plan to continue to use SloHi Bike Co. for all of my future biking needs!
