The customer service at Yawp is incredible! Bought a surly midnight special from them and the buying experience was top notch. Knowledge, patient, and a great price . They really took their time to make sure I was getting a bike that served my needs. I recently got a flat from hitting a nail and the service they provided for fixing was very efficient and I was shocked at how reasonably priced it was too. No price gouging from this shop just genuine great service.
Like most other reviews I had to give them 5 stars. I had recalled break levers and they ordered new ones/put them on no questions asked. Also had a new 1x remove lever that they installed no problem. Nice, fast service, and definitely fair pricing. Will be going to them for any work I need in the future.
Great service and well priced! They turned my bike around quickly during a very busy time and were super friendly. Convenient location near Sloan’s lake. Would definitely come back for any future bike needs.

Love Yawp! First visit a couple of years ago was based on a recommendation, you know, support the local guys. It took all of one trip and one bike tune to know this place is everything I could hope for in a small, but well apportioned local bike shop. So far we've purchased 2 bikes from them and they'll be at the top of my list for the next one too. Why? Because they take the time to listen to what you need, offer exceptional customer service, and are always realistic with expectations. There's a lot of competition for bike shops on the west side of town, this one is worth a visit!
