Nice and quiet location room was very clean great price
This place is now called Spanish Peaks Inn. It's old, needs washed and repaired, very outdated and the people running it were not overly friendly. My group had 4 rooms and my room was clean but I saw the other rooms and they were not as clean as they should be. If all the other motels in the area are full you can try this place, but don't expect a standard low cost room, you'll be disappointed.

Very nice location. Peaceful Place. Warm welcoming staff. Neat and Tidy.
I give this place a 1 star only because the owner was very nice. I'm 62 and this was the worst hotel stay ever. It would take too long to list all the issues with this hotel. So I'll narrow it down to the worst two things. Truck drivers beware. They have a big sign that says truckers welcome. But they charge $10 to park your truck there. Secondly, the heater isn't good enough to keep the room warm on cold nights. We maxed out the thermostat at 86 degrees. When we went to bed the temp was only 62 degrees. When we got up at 4:30 am it was down to 57 degrees. Save your money, and go elsewhere.
