Staff was amazing!! Very friendly and went out of their way to make our stay better! Rooms were clean, and the hot breakfast was great. If we’re ever stuck stopping for the night in Colorado again we’ll be staying here .

Great place, good value and surprisingly good hot breakfast!! Very typical Best Western good place to stay and I would definitely recommend the hotel. They have a business center with computer that's fast enough to review your vacation videos which is very nice. If you're riders like us, you can get first floor rooms, but none have windows looking out to the parking lot to check on your bikes... no windows feels very, very strange.nThe entrance to the hotel is through a gas station driveway and fast food lot located just south of the hotel... pretty weird... we didn't see a sign at the gas station driveway so missed the turn and had to make a U-turn on a busy interstate entry/exit road. Be sure you look for that gas station driveway, especially if you're driving north from town on Walsen Ave... good luck !!

We were traveling from Texas to Keystone only to find the place we were staying was right next to a fire! My kids and husband have asthma and we could not stay there. We were very tired after a 15 hour drive and felt extremely anxious about finishing a place to stay. Most of the places we had called so far we're booked. When I called here spoke to Adam (who was so very helpful and nice!! Even as I was super emotional) He completely changed our night!!! We pulled in he got us straight to our room. Even got us a roll away bed all the while making sure we were taken care of and waiting on numerous guest. He truly deserves 10 stars!! THANK YOU ADAM!! Our family is truly blessed you were working last night!!

Nice, clean, newly refurbished room in main building. Masks are required to enter, but honest observation was that desk clerks were not wearing, which seemed a bit contradictory.... staff all pleasant, however!
