A really quaint little motel! Rustic and very homey interior with real quilts and fun woodwork. Surprisingly clean inside. Talked with manager beforehand and they take extra precautions for sanitation including cleaning the quilts. Simple place, for simple tastes. A touch of 1950s looking charm. The pillows are a little thick for my taste but the beds were pretty firm and comfortable. Walls are thin but that's to be expected in a simple budget conscious motel. It's also situated right in the middle of the town with easy access to a park and restaurants.
We didn’t have a reservation, we had a U-haul truck and trailer that we needed to find a place to park... the owner couldn’t have been nicer... we even extended our stay an extra day. Great service and very homey.. and a cute welcoming pup too. There are some great restaurants within walking distance as well as a grocery store. Would absolutely stay when we’re passing through again.
Small but super cozy and romantic! Staff are extremely friendly and suggested places to eat. We had the best BBQ right down the street. Would recommend.
This is a cozy little place to stay in Idaho springs. When we got to our room the AC unit did not work but they were able to give us another room right away.nThe AC unit is a window unit and there were gaps in the blinds which caused the street lights to illuminate the room. Also bear in mind the Motel is on the main street. So it may be an issue if you are a lite sleeper.
The Owners are Wonderful People. They go out of their way for you! They welcome you and your pets with open arms. The first hotel ever that did not charge me any pet fees. Lovely motel. Best Stay Everud83dudcaf❤
