Family operated and VERY clean!!! Staff is professional and kind. I don't understand why there are negative reviews about this motel....the price for a single room is inexpensive. Our room had fresh bedding, clean carpet, an immaculate bathroom, and all of the appliances were brand new. We will be staying here again the next time we come to Idaho Springs!

75 bucks for a 30 dollar room. Filthy switches. Had to kill two big weird bugs and bed was old and soft.nWould've been worth 40 but not 75.
It was a very quaint and clean motel. It had a freshwater mountain Creek running behind. It is very user-friendly I would recommend it to everyone.
This hotel is dirty and run by scam artists. They charged me twice for a one night stay on Friday October 16th. When I called to address it they denied having charged me twice. I also had bug bites on my body in different areas immediately following my stay here.nnBecause of poor business conduct by 6 & 40 motel I’ve had to shut my card off and make a report to the bank to have my $145.00 reimbursed to me.nnI only stayed one night so my bank account should only show one charge of $145 with a $50 pet deposit return for 2 dogs. The room was supposed to be $95 and $50 pet deposit which they returned. Instead my account shows an extra charge for $145!
