My family of 5 was in a tight place and the manager ms. Hug, refused to turn electric on for the entire 5 months. When we found legal help to gain service we received a nonrenewal notice giving us till 3/1/18. The next bill we got told us to be out by feb first. If at all possible, avoid any place managed by Joice Hug or owned by duac nyguen. Your family will thank you.
Rundown trailer park. Nasty alkaline water.
Great place if you are into substandard living conditions the manager has been embezzling for years by not paying any maintenance person's salaries ... Code enforcement needs to do a inspection on every system electric gas and water and sewage honestly that place should be condemned
I visited ? Wasn't me.
It's too bad u can only give one star otherwise I'd give the park a negative rating the manager there is a slumlord who will put everything off and never get anything fixed avoid this and Wells mobile home park it's awful
