I called for a quote, I was told to send pictures of my Camper to see “if I was eligible to be allowed into the park”!? Wow! My camper is in exceptional condition and I was blown off like a piece of trash. I’ll take my money elsewhere. This place should be avoided they are obviously pro Biden!
VERY SHADY PEOPLE!!! THEY ASKED ME TO REMOVE MY SECURITY CAMERAS FROM MY ROOM SO THEY COULD CLEAN IT. MY SECURITY CAMERAS WERE THERE IN PLACE AND ACTIVE SO THAT I COULD SECURE MY BELONGINGS WHICH TOTALED IN VALUE MORE THAN THE PRICE OF MY CAR! BUT THEY INSISTED THAT I REMOVE MY CAMERAS BEFORE THEY WOULD CLEAN THAT ROOM. THE OWNER THEN TURNED AROUND AND SAID THAT I DID SOMETHING TO THE DOOR THE FRONT DOOR AND STOLE MY $50 DEPOSIT ON TOP OF IT ALL EXTREMELY SHADY PEOPLE!!!
Has sewage and electric hook ups. It location is great it's next to a highway to get to other parts of the city quickly and stores are not far from this park either.
Got on a waiting list to get moved in and apparently the owner decided to change RV age requirements. Unless your RV is a 2013 or newer, you won't be accepted into the lot.nnMy advice, don't waste your time with this place. Looks kind of dumpy anyway.
The whole property is uneven on a billion tiny loose rocks, with no wifi and the staff does show a rude attitude. Had faulty power issues at this spot they refused to fix for me
