This place used to be a great place to live tell impact cares (less) took over the park, they over charge for water and have no explanation as to why,they have raised lot rent differently for every lot no matter if it has a fence or not, now they are putting people on the street me included cause they claim the zoning laws have changed, they will not give anyone a straight answer,the office lady just blows you off,the food drive they offer is discussing, the grounds are a mess all the time. What ever you do dont rent a lot from them rv or mobile home. They will lie about everything...
Been waiting trying to get the rental applications for weeks now. Lady keeps saying they're going thru new ownership amd can't let me move in but will send me an application but hasn't. Wondering if someone else had this experience cus it seems now that she was bs,ing me since she didn't follow thru multiple times.
Management cares that we have a great place to live.
Adriana the park manager is a very sweet & lovely person
I love it here management is amazing takes great care of the property. And i love that its quiet and friendly. And very clean. And having a food pantry has saved my family so many times.and rent is reasonable
