Over all the experience has been fantastic. Scott, Carole, and Rusty have all gone out of their way to make me happy in my new home. The park itself is clean and the people are friendly. I feel like this is a very safe and well maintained mobile home park. I have enjoyed my time here so far and look forward to many years to come. Also, the view of Pikes Peak is outstanding and makes it all worthwhile.
Finally, a quiet place to live. Property manager, Carol and Rusty, are very nice people. Neighbors keep to themselves and the location is perfect.
My family and I have lived here for 9 years now. We love the new management that we have. This is a safe place where our kids can be outside and feel safe. We really enjoy living here and have recommended several families that live here now too. Thank you to Carol, Rusty and Scott for all the hard work in keeping this mobile home park a beautiful community!
It a small park with only 30 some homes.
Very nice community, great management! Definitely recommend.
