This Residence Inn not only has clean, comfortable and contemporary rooms but an amazing one of a kind staff. We found ourselves unexpectedly in Colorado Springs when our beloved dog need emergency care. From our first interaction with Jeff who not only was able to find us a last minute room but also is just a caring human being we knew this is a special place. Every associate was professional and showed us human kindness (even asking for updates on our dog’s medical journey). A special shout out to Dylan, the manager, who also is a one of a kind professional in the best way possible. If you’re needing a place to stay in Colorado Springs THIS is the only place to book!
I wish I took pictures. It was a beautiful hotel. They said they had only been open for two months. Some little details were missed like an excessive amount of carpet staples on the stairs and a part of the door that was hanging off but it didn't deter from how comfortable the stay was.nnThe best part was the USB charging stations in every room and free HBO!
New, clean rooms with very nice staff. Near a lot of food and shopping options.
