We were moving from Arizona to Colorado Springs. After checking around we decided on a Manufactured Home Community. Our Daughter has a friend who is a Realtor. We had her check for us and she found two Communities. We decided on Quail Hill. The Community is clean and small. There are 281 homes in the Park. We liked that. There is a Clubhouse and an indoor pool. As we drove around we decided that most of the Homes looked nice and yards were well kept. There are all ages that live in the Community. We are close to Powers and Academy Blvd.nnWe purchased a Manufactured Home and moved here in March. We love our new home and we have wonderful neighbors.nnAnytime we have had to talk with the Office personnel and Maintenance personnel, we have been happy.nnWe are extremely satisfied with where we live.nnThank you,nLiz and Neysa McFarland
so i’ve never lived here just visited a friend but i’ve seen mixed reviews and was just wondering if it’d worth the money and if it’s well taken care of
Seems well maintained.
I have family that lives here and it’s a very clean good park. I used to live in a park in the springs and it was no where as clean as this park. Very well kept and quiet. Sometimes there’s cars in the street but it seems like the maintenance team stays on it.
A nice quiet neighborhood.
