These folks are really great at what they do. Great customer service, and great knowledge about the products, and patience in answering all questions. Their supplies are low because of COVID but that's beyond their control, and still they worked with us and went above and beyond for what we needed. I can't recommend them highly enough.

I WAS really happy and was planning to post a very positive review but that all changed when I went to pick up my cargo box. I purchased the box on Saturday and went to pick it up on Monday prior to leaving on a long road trip. They went to install it and there wasn’t enough hatch clearance for my Grand Cherokee. The only box they told me they had in stock that would fit was 2x the price unless I wanted to drive 90 mins in the opposite direction to another one of their stores. Nothing was asked about make/model/hatch distance when purchased so I was left out to dry with no cargo box and not enough time purchase one online. Might as well shop online with this lack of service.

The employees at Rack Attack are knowledgeable and very helpful. They were able to help me pick out a cargo box that met my needs and that fit my particular vehicle. It was a quick and painless purchase and I appreciate how friendly everyone was at the store.

Josh was so helpful, explaining exactly what I needed (bars, towers, landing pads, etc) to get rack for my new truck topper. His knowledge about kayak accessories was great. He answered my many, many questions too! All the guys were super friendly, knowledgeable & professional.
