Owners are great. They keep the place kept up and keep it safe and clean. I was comfortable being here with my children and felt they did a great job keeping an eye on everything.
Budget hotel close enough to uch hospital and main e Colfax drag, yeah it's not the holiday inn, but a good price, clean sheets, fridge, and very hardworking staff makes this a great option if you need a place on the lower price tag but need a little security and quiet. I'll be back on my next visit to Denver!
Safe and secure
Good cheap lodging.
Loud, drunk, obnoxious guest that keeps us up all night. We wake up at half past four Monday through Friday (sometimes weekends) and they make it damn near impossible to get some rest. And so much violence amongst the guest.
