While the customer service here was really good, everything else was sub-par. For starters, our security bracket on the door was broken. The latch part still worked, but the stub that attaches to the actual door was stripped and coming loose. This is important because the morning we were checking out and had a flight to catch, the latch got stuck on the broken stub and we couldn't get back into our room. They front desk tried to call the maintenance people several times, but no one ever answered. This wasn't at 6 am or anything, it was 9:30 in the morning and no one would pick up. The lady at the desk was very understanding and we ended up having to get a screwdriver and break the latch the rest of the way in order to get inside. Fortunately we had allowed extra time and managed to catch our flight.nnThe room appeared clean, but was old. I am use to walking around inside without shoes, but my feet literally turned black and got sticky when I went without flip flops. The tub was rusted on the lip as well as around the drain. There are no drawers for folded clothes. Closet was small but lacked any hangers. The free breakfast is an absolute joke! This was the worst free breakfast I have even seen at a hotel. You have two options: first you can get a prepackaged muffin (only one flavor so I hope you like it), or a prepackaged mini four pack of waffles. Literally, that's all there is. The only positive that I can say about it is that they have partnered with Denny's next door and you get a 15% discount if you show them your hotel receipt. If you are looking for a somewhat inexpensive place to stay that isn't too far from the airport then I guess it fits the bill. But for over $100/night, you would expect more. Personally, I'll spend the extra $50 or so and stay somewhere nicer. By the time you spend the extra money next door at Denny's for breakfast, you've almost made up the difference anyway.

Not a 5;star resort, but the rooms were clean, beds comfortable and the staff was very pleasant. A big thank you to the gentleman who works nights. He was very helpful, patient and went above his scope of practice.

Very run down definitely not worth the $125 for one night. Air conditioner didn't work and it was so hot in our room. Burn holes in the sheets even though our room was non smoking. Staff was very nice and friendly.

Ok straight up this is not a nice hotel. The building is very very old and falling apart. The stairs need a good power washing and reconstruction. The room was acceptable for sleeping but there was a decent amount of people sitting outside drinking at night on the balconies. We literally checked in at 3am after a red eye flight and were out by 10am. The ONLY thing that saves this hotel was the front desk staff. She was an incredibly nice person and really helped us out in a stressful situation. But for real if that building caught on fire it would be an improvement. Just bulldoze it and start over.
