I made My first electric bike purchase today at Broomfield ! Ken did a fantastic job explaining everything to me,letting me have a great test ride and making the paperwork smooth and simple. I couldn't be happier with my new bike! It's a Buzz. Fantastic bike for the money, it's on the low end.
Ordered a pair of Fox gloves from Planet Cyclery through Amazon. Received a patch kit instead. Waited 3 weeks to receive the completely incorrect product. Ridiculous. Attention to detail isn't there with these guys.
Ordered a tire with 2 day shipping. Received it 22 days later. Horrible shipping experience. Will not order from again.
Ordered Bike trainer. Item came defective. I asked for a replacement, and was told they did not have any and to return it. Upon needing the seller to accept the return on amazon, the steps in and refuses to give me my refund and keeps telling me to use the warranty. They don't stand by their products and make it impossible to return. They also wait so long to respond so the item goes past 30 days and can't be returned through amazon's portal. Just terrible customer service.
