Easy check in. The front desk Kristin was the best. Fast, efficient and very helpful! Room was very nice and clean. I highly recommend this hotel.

I needed to spend another night in Denver before entering a 14 day quarantine after road tripping through America, and decided to park here near my family's home. I checked in late, and there was plenty of parking. Staff had me checked in quickly and put me in Room 102. The room was excellent and had plenty of room, but the dishwasher was beeping every 60 seconds. Staff were *very* quick to get me moved one floor up to Room 202 with the same layout but no rabble rousing dishwasher. This room was likewise very clean and nicely appointed, with an air conditioner that slowly but surely brought the room down to a cooler temperature. The free coffee in the morning and the bagged breakfast were a great way to start the day, too.

They had breakfast in sacks for one to take to tge rooms. They were doing all they could to keep people safe!

Overall: Hotel did not seem clean. I would pick a different hotel if staying in the area again.nWith Covid I expected a higher level of cleanliness in common areas. It took four days for handprints to be cleaned in the elevators. Wall switches in the room were visibly dirty as was the shower curtain liner. The bathtub floor was very slick and in need of a mat. The A/C was loud. The tables in the pool area were never wiped down and the pool water was cloudy. Communication was not clear on Covid policies - the sign in the elevator said the pool was closed, the sign at the pool said there was a twelve person limit and wrist bands were needed, the front desk said there was a 25 person limit. Breakfast was a bagel and fruit every day. Other hotels at same price point are offering better options for grab and go including hot items.
