Home2 Suites by Hilton Denver/Highlands Ranch

The room was spacious and I was grateful for the little kitchenette. Some of the employees at the front desk are very friendly and helpful, some aren't, the manager Laura is super friendly but not very helpful. I had issues with them charging my card every single day for random amounts. I talked to the manager and was told to talk to Dan, Scarlett, or Christine to get this fixed. I was also told they wouldn't charge my card until the end of my stay. I talked to someone on Friday night (after talking to Laura) thinking it would be taken care of and I wouldn't be charged until the end of my stay, needless to say my card has been charged every single night since speaking to 3 people who told me it wouldn't be charged until the end of the stay. They took out over $1000.00 last night for the time I've been in the hotel. I told them I canceled my card and they would no longer be able to charge it and I would pay for the remainder of my visit as I'd been told multiple times by multiple people at the end of my stay. A new girl (who I haven't talked to before said she needed to talk to her general manager and would get back to me). She called and told me I needed to pay each night and if I couldn't I would be asked to leave the hotel. I will be checking out tonight and am so grateful that I will never have to deal with this mess again. I even called Hilton and was told I shouldn't be charged for my visit until I check out. Yes they put a hold on the card, but a hold doesn't mean they charge random amounts every single night. Also when we plugged in a cell phone charger it sparked and all the outlets on that wall stopped working, when I called about getting this fixed they said it would be fixed the next day....it wasn't. Hopefully it gets fixed today and whoever ends up in this room after us will have the use of the outlets on that wall.
