Very safety aware. Everyone is wearing masks. They check you in at the front door and if you're going to an area like shoes they'll text you when there are a safer number of people. They're sanitizing between customers. I'm impressed and grateful they're taking this virus seriously. I've done more postmortem care since April than in my entire 17 year career in ICU. I appreciate their efforts here. REI is known for its quality and reasonable prices as well as knowledgeable associates. It's my go-to for camping and hiking equipment.

Great design and layout throughout the store. Wonderful ambiance, everything is easy to locate. Customer service is great, almost too good. You will only find quality products and reputable brands, always backed by one of the best customer loyalty programs out there. Most of the pricing will reflect this, and the store does not off a price match.

They were being very covid compliant. They only let you in when there was room and scheduling your appearance in the desired department. That said, easy sale and plenty of sales associates.

I went to 8 different bike shops yesterday, over the course of 6 hours. All of which told me different assumptions as to what would be a good solution to make my bike 1x12 drivetrain.nAfter being told a multitude of different things, I finally show up to REI Littleton as a last resort, to return a cassette I was told would work on my bike, which I purchased at the REI Flagship in Denver.nn(I have always been reluctant to have service or suggestions from large corporate stores due to bad experiences elsewhere.)nnThis is when I met Nate, and Nelson.nWhen I walked in, Nelson came right up to me and I explained the mess to him. His first response was to take my bike and start seeing what cassette would fit. Something NO one, out of the multitude of techs, or workers I had talked to yesterday had offered to do.nNelson and Nate worked with me for an hour before asking the Tech, Chet, for some assistance.nChet comes and immediately starts seeing things that were causing problems and starts helping me troubleshoot my derailleur and cable housing.nI explained to them that I just wanted to get a ride in on my days off, Tuesday and Wednesday, on my new bike before happily dropping it off for the week to get necessary adjustments.nnChet, Nelson, and Nate hands down provided the best customer service experience I have EVER had. They worked with me for the better part of 3 hours and taught me SO much along the way. Not only did they provide amazing support, they also got my bike riding for me so I could satisfy my itch to ride my new bike.nnI will be back, and this will be the ONLY bike shop I use as long as I live in this area.

The bike shop here is awesome. Despite me dropping my bike off in the middle of Labor Day Weekend, they had it repaired for me in just 2 days. These guys move quickly and are committed to making sure your bike is ready to ride when you leave. Thank you!
