I made an online appointment for our two bikes to be serviced/tuned up. Both bikes were done within hours, and I picked them up later that same day! Outstanding, knowledgeable & friendly techs (esp Kristof)! Truly a great experience & highly recommended!
Wife brought her bike in the get disc brakes fixed. Rep didn’t bother to look at the bike before trying to sell her a brake set that won’t fit the bike because he hadn’t bothered to look at the bike closely. When she pointed out that his suggestion wouldn’t work, and he decided to come up with other ways she could ride in the neighborhood with the kids. She wants to fix her mountain bike and hit the trails, he didn’t know this because he didn’t bother to ask any questions.nnAs a former shop wrench, I’m aghast at the ignorance on display. As a husband, I’m sickened by the condescension.
I use to work there until Covid 19. I love the place. Customer comes first!. Knowledgeable and helpful employees.
Great store, if they made it available. Their COVID paranoia makes it impossible to do business with them. Tried many times to make an appointment, doesn't work. Go to Pedal near downtown Littleton, you can actually go in the store and pick what you want instead of the store upselling you what they want you to buy.
This is where customer service goes to die.. lost 45 mins this morning on perpetual hold music waiting for a sale rep to answer. I had 2 separate lines calling in and neither ever got through, the longest hold disconnected, an a immediate call back resulted in dead air. I just wanted to purchase a bike online & had questions on the availability but nope..
