In September 2020, a friend and I rented e-bikes from Good Turn Cycles for the day. The staff were very friendly and helpful as we had never ridden e-bikes. They gave great instructions on the bikes and recommendations on where to ride. There are lots of different bike paths and parks in the area so we had many to choose from with out having to transport the bikes somewhere. We enjoyed it so much that we both ended up buying e-bikes from Good Turn Cycles weeks later. Again we were so impressed with the staffs knowledge about the bikes and their willingness to answer all our questions as we had lots! I would highly recommend Good Turn Cycles to anyone wanting to try or purchase an e-bike!

I needed advice on several items - tire inserts to prevent flats, tubes that accommodated the inserts, and front and rear lighting. I received help from Christina Booth who gave me great advice on all of the items. I am back on the trails in Littleton and enjoying the ride even after the sun goes down. This is a great place if you need sales or service for your bike. The advice is solid and the people there are very kind and accommodating. And the fact that they help others through their internship program is the best reason to go to GoodTurn for your cycling needs.

Christina and Adam were very knowledgeable and helpful. They listened to what I wanted and gave recommendations. They listened and were able to make custom adjustments to the bike that I had chosen. They made sure that I was happy with my selection before leaving the store. I highly recommend GoodTurn Cycles.

I love everything about this bike shop! They helped me find a GREAT bike for me, during Covid- when I need something scheduling a time has been very easy. The bike repair class was really great. I haven't needed to repair MY bike yet but I helped a friend get hers ready to hit the paths. I've ridden nearly 1,000 miles since July and its all because of GoodTurn!

Bought an Haibike Sduro Touring and had a great experience. Had very minor issues but these folks solved the problems immediately. Very simple adjustments to Brakes were needed. Also, they were extremely knowledgeable and set me up with just the right e-bike. This baby goes everywhere and is so so so much fun!!!!!!! Great organization!
