I am a real estate agent that works in this community. This mobile home park was started in the early 1970's. It's a decent mobile home park with reasonable space fees considering what rent costs these days. The location is one of the best for a mobile home park in Denver. It's close to shopping and easy access to Hampden and living in the southwest area is a safer and more convenient place to live. You are close to the mountains as opposed to living on the other side of town like Aurora. Probably the most expensive mobile home park is in Golden, but if you still want just as nice of an area, choose here for a lot less cost! Contact me if you need help. 20000 Christmas Wreaths were placed by Knight's of Columbus and many other organizations and individuals to honor our fallen Veterans on December 14, 2019 at Ft Logan Cemetery! An annual event around the Country.
It’s got a nice Manager, but the property is old with a poor location.
They could do a little better on the street maintenance during the snow
Habitat for humanity volunteer. It will be a nice community once it's completed
