Parking in the Oasis mobile home park needs to be reevaluated because everyone violates the parking rules and no one bothers to reinforce the rules. Some of the people that live around here make it hard for others to pull out of their spot. Also they should not be allowed to park on Lipan st just because they don't want to pay the fee for having extra vehicles. They need to pay the fee and park properly and someone need to reenforce those rules as well. The trailer in the front of the park has built a fence and makes is a hazard to turn left on to Lipan from the park, we have brought up this issue and it has yet to be resolved, I have alsmost been hit 3 times pulling out the park. These various things really need reinforcement because they do cause issues and can become a hazard.
