Any hotel I get under that is affiliated with Hilton is a good choice! Everything was clean, the bed was comfy and the shower was hot with good pressure. The customer service was great. My service dog was also allowed without any extra charge. I'll be back next time I come through for work! Thank you guys for the hospitality!

Wonderful location and amenities perfect for what I was looking for but the services are definitely lacking. I booked this location majority for the pool and my second day staying there I was told by the receptionist that I could not gain access because it was being cleaned. She instructed me to wait in my room and she would give me a call when the pool was ready. I waited two hours and never received any calls. My room was conveniently located right next to the pool so I would occasionally look out the window and never visibly saw anyone cleaning the pool within the 3 hours it was supposed to be “getting cleaned”. I understand the pool has to be cleaned but for 3 hours in the middle of a the day on a hot Saturday afternoon is inexcusable. At least put up signs to inform your guests. When I finally gained access to the pool the sun was no longer in the vicinity so getting out of the pool was horrendous. A few days later after extending my stay I asked the same receptionist how to use the grill outside on the patio and she was not very informative or helpful. After using and cleaning off the grill I tried to reenter the building but to my surprise the door was locked. Though there were no posted signs saying the patio closes at a certain time. Not only was the woman aware that we were out there but purposely locked us out.nI really don’t appreciate the lack kindness especially because the whole reason I was staying there is because my apartment building burnedndown.

Heads up dog people! It’s a $75 non refundable fee for your pup. The signage is there when you check in. Some other rules to be mindful of too (no more than 50 pounds, two dogs, etc.) We are traveling cross country and have not seen a dog expense this high ($25 / day is average).nnReally nice front desk employee.nnRoom is perfect. Clean. Bed is great.nnOther than feeling tricked with the dog fee, it’s a great place.

Beautiful space. Very warm and attentive staff. The kind of business and people that you can FEEL their care. They don't say they care...they just do. Best hidden gem in Denver metro...hands....down....

Overall, if I had to do it again, I probably would have booked elsewhere. The beds were HORRIBLE. They were so uncomfortable, I had a very hard time sleeping. The water pressure was terrible, the fan in the bathroom did NOT pull out ANY steam during a hot shower. The staff were mostly hit or miss. Some were great, others not so much. The location was great though. Lots of close by restaurants, the rooms were clean, spacious and the windows opened. The AC was not great though. It kept freezing over, and was turned off when we first got to the room. The pool was warm enough to swim in. I'd say it was about 70ish, which to me is perfect. They were super easy to work with though when our plans changed and had to bring a kid with us, and extend our stay from 4 days to 7. Overall, they are a three star hotel that gets three stars. No false advertising here.
