My daughters and I stayed here for a girls night out, when one of my daughters was here from out of state. We had a very comfortable, nice time. It was quiet and warm and inviting. The breakfast was delicious, even during COVID. They let us pick from several options and served it up for us...it was all fresh. We were also able to sit at the dining tables and talk a little past the breakfast hours. The BEST thing, though, was that when I found I had left my favorite TOMS shoes there, Sylvia in housekeeping went above and beyond to find them for me. Extra great service there!
Clean hotel, great customer service. Beds were not to comfortable in my opinion. So soft that you sink in. Breakfast was great.
We are local and always use this hotel for our guests. We needed to stay locally ourselves last night and the staff could not have been more accommodating. The recent renovations look great. The room did struggle to stay cool but it was a hot day. What made this a five star review is the staff going above and beyond for me. I forgot an overnight diaper for my child and in a Hail Mary called the front desk to see if by chance they had diapers. Gina told me they didn’t but she had one in her car. She ran to her car and brought the diaper up to me at 10pm. Saved me packing my kids up and heading to Target. So over and above and incredibly appreciated. This hotel has their staff adherent to COVID precautions and we felt safe our entire stay. The grab and go breakfast was great for my kids and very helpful to still have a good option in the morning even though the kitchen is closed. Thank you for the wonderful service and especially to Gina - one Mama to another - you saved me!
EDIT***nWe had a rough time but the GM reached out to me and talked to me and heard me. And that made me feel like a special person. In her whole sea of fish that come in and out of there, she took the time to talk to me. She apologized and couldn't be more happy. Some things were out of her control. She made it right with me and I've already booked another stay there.nnWe only stay at Hilton hotels across America and this is the worst one I've ever been too. Nice staff but everything else was a headache
Our vehicle broke down outside of the hotel as we were trying to return home from our weekend trim. We were fortunate enough to have found a curbside mechanic that was able to fix our vehicle in the parking lot. The hotel was kind enough to let us stick around and wait inside while our vehicle was being repaired. I was amazed at the hospitality that we received even after we had checked out. I want to thank the staff for being so kind. Thank you!
