The hotel very nice as well as the room, but the front desk employee was absolutely not at all helpful. In fact he told me that it doesn’t really matter if you are part of the Hyatt member. He also told me to get room online so then he will just look up confirmation number. I was standing in front of him and then he stated that the charge fir “incidentals” wouldn’t be charged, but the total cost of room was over the amount he quoted us. It seemed as if he had no clue how to check people in and unable to offer any kind of help.

Great place to stay! We visited Colorado in February and decided to stay here because of the great reviews. Very friendly and accommodating. When we arrived our room was not ready so they upgraded us at no additional cost. Very happy with this place. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great hotel. My 3 kids loved it and enjoyed the pool, the restaurant and the great view of the mountains.

One hour, or short term parking is scarce as almost whole lot is reserved for Valet parking. Yes, there is a parking lot with gate that raises up and down, but idk if one has to pay or not, so I didn't even try.nOtherwise, once inside, it's very quiet and empty. Rooms are nice and spacious.

They had cute rooms. However I stayed here the weekend they hosted a dance competition with people traveling from across the country. No social distancing and no mask wearing were enforced by staff. All elevators were packed. Even though they did have signs stating only 4 per elevator. I’ve got to talk to one of the parents from the groups traveling, and kept in touch. A week later 30/150 ppl who were there have tested positive for covid. I was still there 2 days after the competition, the elevators were extremely messy and still dirty on Tuesday and they left Sunday. That’s not right, considering the pandemic. The towels were extremely dark as well, so bring your own. Almost like staying at a motel 6 or something. Also the staff doesn’t seem to be present after 8pm. We don’t see them as we walk in the lobby at front desk, we tried calling to the front desk about 10 pm to let them know we would stay for another day and no answer. So I’m guessing they’ve cut staff at night. Cause that happened 3/4 nights we was there

Very nice very elegant hotel, excellent staff well knowledgeable and friendly! Great place to have large get-togethers banquets or even small get togethers! I personally have been here several times for comic-cons and the place is always been amazing! If you're in town book a stay, it's worth it!
