Very friendly staff and clean rooms.
Great place with great service and very affordable rates. Plus Brittney at the front desk is amazing and the best hotel host I've ever had the pleasure of having book me a room. Will definitely come back everytime
I had a great experience living at this Extended Stay! The room was clean, and I was able to borrow anything I needed from the main office. I appreciated the short walk from my car to my room, since I had a broken ankle.nnThe best part of my experience was Britney's amazing customer service. She is friendly, funny, kind and patient. She made me feel valued as a guest, and never made me feel like a burden, despite the amount of times I needed her service. She represents Extended Stay America very well.nnTylor and Aryan were also extremely accommodating and professional. I am thankful I chose to stay at the Extended Stay America on S. Quebec St because of the amazing staff.

I paid for the high speed WiFi so that I could work remotely while visiting family. On the second day the WiFi went out completely, leaving me running around trying to find WiFi at the library or Starbucks. It did not come back on, and I spent hours on hold with out of state tech support that did nothing. It was a disaster. The amenities are not as promised.
