I stayed at the Hilton in DTC two weeks ago as part of a getaway and during that time the staff were pleasant and room was very clean with nice linens etc.nnEDIT: After posting this review, the manager went out of his way to search everywhere and somehow found my coat had been misplaced after it was found. I appreciate the extra mile.nnHowever, I later noticed I left my best winter coat in the closet there. When I called the front desk, they told me the closets were checked after every stay and my coat hadn’t been turned in, so I must not have left it there. I am absolutely positive I hung up the coat in the closet and did not have it when I checked out. I never received a call back from the hotel. I feel like I was poorly treated and likely the victim of theft so I am leaving this 1-star review.
Great customer service! My daughter forgot her blanket and it was mailed to us right away! Thanks Nicole Nicholas and housekeeping team for all your hard work!
Very Clean. Front desk personnel very pleasant and knowledgeable. Even though, due to covid, the rooms were not cleaned each day, the staff what happy to exchange our towels and anything else we needed. I would recommend staying here.
My experience was one of the best experiences I've had in a hotel. From checking in to checking out. Food was great, the rooms are beautiful, and the sincerity and kindness from the staff was amazing!
I was traveling to New York to take my daughter to prep school, when we found out she had corona virus, we had to quarantine in Denver, the whole hotel staff was great, very clean and comfortable hotel beds and pillow comfortable. the resturant only open during the week days and the chef very good, we spent two week here. then on my way back to calif from New York stop here again the receptionist remembered my name. I well stay here ever time I come through Denver
