The reason why I gave the 4U five stars is the owners are very good people they do not put up with nonsense I like that. My little efficiency has always been neat and clean and if anything breaks down they fix it right away. And I've been here a while. If You're expecting The Ritz-Carlton then you better be looking somewhere else but it is neat and clean and 99% of time is quiet.
This establishment is under investigation for refusing a handicapped man. They wanted to charge more$ for the deposit because of his disability. Ridiculous!
Its a decent motel. You can't have guests, but its still a great motel...
Old, but friendly, safe, and clean.
The rooms were not clean it smell like old motel room their prices are high for older model stuff on room they do not allow dogs will not go back can't afford to fix things, the water in the sink did not work the owner's son said do not use the sink in the kitchen just the one in the bathroom
