I canNOT say enough about the folks at the Vail rental location and Paul’s flagship store in Denver. Simply a crew that is vested and interested in making sure you have a great experience. They know the market, and they know their competitors. They are passionate about where they succeed and honest about differences. I absolutely love my new inceptor, and really loved the option to “try before I buy”. These bikes are not cheap, and that took a huge weight away. Of course, I was totally in love almost immediately!
