I've seen better looking furniture at my local Goodwill store. The bed was rock hard and this was supposedly their best selling point hmm definitely not. Parking is hell yes it's free but it's a underground parking garage works great for compacts not for regular or full sized vehicles. The security guard we observed looked like he had been drinking or something was staggering trying to get into his security car. The room was very clean n staff was polite. We will not be repeat customers.

I love the room, its great, super spacious and comfy. Not the best area and parking is good if you have a small car. Its like a 4 or 5 story garage. But the staff is amazing, very helpful and nice. Bed is not too hard not too soft...just right. And the wrapped up remote is a nice touch.

Everything about my stay was amazing! The lady who checked us in was SUPER accommodating, nice and professional. ( I cannot recall her name - started with M. I hope Managementcan give her the proper kudos)nThe maintenance gentleman was also very helpful! The room was clean and spacious too.

Maureen was AMAZING. She was a Front Desk Agent who greeted us pleasantly from the phone. She let us in and immediately made the connection about who we were on the phone. She didn't judge us or make us feel less than. She made us feel like we mattered and were important. She made the difference for our stay! Also, she was efficient at the desk and knew what she was doing. I hate when check-in takes forever. It didn't.nnAlthough she was our first and lasting experience, all of the staff was NOTICEABLY attentive, kind, and hospitable. Corey the GM was great and very helpful. Even the AGM, whose name I forgot was very helpful and they have put measures into place to make people feel safe. Because we are in a Pandemic, I guess it wasn't so weird to see the GM & AGM at the front desk but they weren't complaining. This staff is one of the best I've experienced in hospitality.nnThe only thing that keeps it from 5 stars is the room. Don't get me wrong, the room was nice and very clean which is the most important thing. But it is dated. The TV wasn't a SmartTV so no Hulu or Netflix. The air conditioning was a wall unit that worked fine but you have to flip the lip to change the temp. Those are my only issues and I would still stay again because of the people!

I travel a lot for work and usually stay at a Fairfield. This is the least accommodating location that I have ever stayed at. I gave these people nearly a two week stay at a standard, full rate. I work remotely and work with private health information and cannot work around others, and usually at any Fairfield location, the front desk manager allows me to work in an empty, lobby level conference room, or any empty room that they have available for a couple of hours. Does not have to be lofty, just private. When I requested a quiet room/space to work in, despite my having just told the gentleman that I have to work in a private area, he told me that he could not do that and then told me that I was “More than welcome to work in their lobby,” where there’s people walking by and checking in and out constantly at any given time. I have never had this issue at a Fairfield before. I therefore found myself having to work outside for long hours (where my patients could hear background noise and traffic whizzing by), or in my vehicle with the car/air conditioning on the entire time burning my gas, and was also extremely uncomfortable for me. Choosing this hotel made my life very difficult for the time I was there. Not to mention, I think collectively I spent 10-15 minutes a day waiting for their extremely slow, one functioning elevator. Their breakfast was a muffin, water bottle, and fruit cup, but I imagine that may have been somehow related to Covid. The staff was generally friendly aside from the situation which prompted me to write this review. The rooms are not bad, but if you are struggling between this hotel and another option, and accommodation is important to you, then go with the other option.
