Extended Stay America - Denver - Cherry Creek

Super clean, comfortable and reasonably priced. My great experience began when I walked into the office and was warmly greeted by Christina and Tim. They professionally walked me through everything I needed to know and courteously answered my questions. The room was spotless (thanks to housekeeping Tammy), and the microwave, refrigerator, and ac/heater all worked great. The bathroom was super clean as well. It was real convenient that two grocery stores were within easy walking distance as I was staying for a week. I will strongly recommend this Extended Stay to anyone looking for several days of lodging!!

Not only do I have the comforts of home with the kitchenette, full bath, living area and comfortable bed with a large TV, but the service here is beyond what I have ever experienced with ANY hotel.nnI came here straight from the hospital after having a near fatal accident and could not stay at home. I fractured my arm and had extensive facial surgery and my knee was also severely bruised. I couldn't use the stairs at my home and needed to be closer to family.nI also wanted to have my cat here during my stay and was happy that they allow pets.nnThis is where the staff showed their caring ways and went the extra mile to help me! I moved from one room to another due to the need for a handicapped room. The day I moved I couldn't physically pick up my cat so I called the front desk and spoke to the manager Christina. She offered to help and came to the room and although the task was challenging, got my cat out from under the bed and carried him to the other room! She has since gone out of her way to make sure I am comfortable in the room she hand picked out for me on the main level with the walk in shower with handicapped bars and close to the laundry room and front office. She is very nice and a professional manager!nnAnthony has also been extremely helpful! I was trying to connect my ice pack to the water hose and couldn't use my hands that were sprained to connect it. He came to my room and assisted with that and also carried a large bag of towels out and brought clean ones to me. He has also provided extra assistance to me when I have needed it and is very friendly.nnFrancis in housekeeping saw me struggling with putting my hair up in front of my room and helped out and has also gone over and beyond with extra help including bringing me something from the store on her lunch break since I can't drive and is so sweet! And Scott in maintenance came by to check on me one day to make sure I was ok and to see if I needed anything!nnThe entire staff is so friendly and the property is kept up and they work hard to make it a great place to stay. I actually just paid to stay another week and am still here! My cat loves it too!nnThank you Extended Stay Staff for making this difficult time in my life better and for the comfortable place to recover and heal from my accident!!!

The staff is incredible. The rooms are kept remarkably clean. Management is attentive whenever they are needed. It's a great, family friendly environment. Extra kudos to Jesse, (GM), Christina, Eric, Tammy and all the rest. Nothing but compliments from me!!!

We stayed a while and it's pretty nice inside. The maintenance guy, Scott was the most memorable employee there. He checked in with us a few times during our stay to make sure everything was everything, and it was, and I appreciate him for that. But there was a group of people who sang at the bench directly next to our building and mannnn did they sing, and into the late night hours to lol. Little annoyance and some strange activity going on at night but other than that, a very nice experience.

Jesse and Tim have been nothing short of amazing! Throughout my entire stay they have been so warm, welcoming and extremely helpful. Both employees are extremely knowledgeable and ensure your time at extended stay cherry creek goes smooth from check in to check out. I highly recommend this location and will for sure be coming back next time I’m in denver!
