bad customer service no answer at the front desk hung up on me three times

I have been staying at this location for a while and have enjoyed most of it. It appears however corporate heads have determined that the kind and friendly staff we had before was too friendly. Before it was a personable experience now replaced with beyond strict management who will not honor online prices for extended stay individuals and no longer treat each individual with respect but simply another paying customer. I could deal with the shady guests and piss smelling stairways because it was so cheap. Now corporate wants to charge more while I haven't received fresh towels, gotten my room serviced or any other amenities promised.

What a dump. The reception was friendly. Honestly, I think the management needs to check up on the housekeeping. The room was filthy. The sheets and towels were clean. The stove burner pans had burnt food and grease in and under them. The sink in the kitchen wasn't clean, nor the fridge or the microwave. The table, nightstand, and dresser hadn't been wiped off in who knows how long. Food splatters on the walls. Really dirty windows. And the floor turned my white socks black. I gave three stars, I feel that was being generous.

Place is rundown, managed poorly. First room I checked into had a cracked toilet seat and base. Next had a leaking sink, cabinet base rotted. Not worth the money. A major surprise was Hometowne Studios allows smoking in rooms and apparently has a contract with Colorado Department of corrections to house released parolees! State pays for these non working guys to live there! One is constantly smoking in his room next door to me, all they did was threatened to kick me out after complaining! Apparently, he a 'high risk', offender. Im a paying guest. Sergio Padilla does nothing.
