Clean.. Friendly staff
The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The lobby is beautiful and well kept. They are remodeling. I liked that you could reserve time for the pool so that you're family has the entire area due to Covid. This was also in place for the fitness center. Currently they are doing grab and go breakfast, but the selection was good. There's plenty of parking which was great, and the location is amazing! Everything you need is within minutes of you. The downside... The room was not well cleaned; there were ketchup stains on the table, makeup on the light switches, and the patio door was caked with dirt. I purchased my own cleaning products to clean the room. When I reached out to the front desk about this I only received an apology. I asked for cleaning products to clean the room myself but was told that they were locked away for the evening since the cleaning staff were gone for the day.
It's... Got old bones. Great staff, terrific service, but the building is showing its age. You can tell it's been cosmetically updated a few times, but the age and wear are hiding around every corner.nnHousekeeping (Covid conditions) is every third day, very good, and very accommodating of oddball trash and really messy beds. That's great because I'm a tornado sleeper!nnFront desk personnel are ALL great, helpful, nice in the face of difficult people and circumstances, and friendly to a fault.nnThe people make the business, and the building is just the place they do business. It's perfectly fine for that.
The staff here are soooooo nice, welcoming, helpful and friendly. We were at another hotel and it was not what we wanted so we moved here and before we checked in they were so helpful over the phone.nVery clean and spacious rooms and a great location close to everything.nI would definitely recommend this location
