Great hotel. Mostly great staff. Down side is no outside security cameras. Vehicle was broken into
They made it easy to book the room. then I got double charged and they might as well not have had a customer service. they have an answering service to take a message but will not call you back not once. I finally worked it out with the hotel on my own with no help from hotel engines. Not to mention it would have been $70 cheaper to book straight to the hotel and not use hotel engines.
Cheaper to go directly through the hotel than to use Hotel Engine. Several of us were staying for several weeks and wanted to stay at a Home2Suites but my company used Hotel Engine which had them listed as $109/night...above budget. So, I went inside and spoke to the General Manager and he gave it to us for $82/night... within budget. Needless to say, we didn't go through Hotel Engine. We stayed 11 weeks and I was very happy with my stay.
My company just started using Hotel Engine and the service we have received from Adan Starbuck and other staff members has been excellent. I chose a hotel that turned out not to be at the standards my wife and I are used to but we were fully reimbursed from that hotel after leaving to go to another one. I plan on continuing to use Hotel Engine as my go to source for hospitality stay!
I have enjoyed the high level of customer service at Hotel Engine. I get regular check-ins from the team to see how things are going and what can be improved on if anything. And, the quality of the app/service saves us a great deal of money with our travel!
