My friend and I arrived at Residence Inn early in the afternoon before check in time, and the GM, who I believe said her name was Randy was stellar in accommodating us and meeting our needs immediately.nnShe was friendly and welcoming and able to solve any issues we had with checking in online directly in person for us.nnWe have stayed at other Marriott's in the past where this level of customer service is not the norm, so well done!

Our stay was for my wedding room block and honestly I’m pretty disappointed by how the staff treated us and reacted to overselling their 2 bedroom suites, which was the whole reason we chose this hotel over another in the area. While they did provide us a little compensation and gave us connecting rooms in order to try to make up for their mistake, we were totally lied to about why they weren’t available in the first place even though we had an existing reservation. The General Manager reached out two weeks in advance to tell us there were “maintenance issues” with the room we booked, but when we checked in the supervisor completely contradicted what we were told and said they had over booked them. While I understand situations like this are unavoidable at times, the way it was handled and relayed to my group was unacceptable and left a poor impression for the hotel. Guaranteed I will be making sure that anyone I know thinking about a room block here will book elsewhere.

I cannot speak highly enough of the professionalism and caring attitude the staff had for my stay last week. They never ceased to surprise me of the extent they would go to help us.nFrom helping us book a second room next to our first at the last minute to getting us aluminum foil for our makeshift grill cover to pool time flexibility, they helped break the stereotypical rules-heavy experiences I’ve had at other hotels.nThanks!
