This location is pet friendly. Staff are nice and professional. They're taking the COVID-19 precautions seriously without feeling overwhelming to the guests. They're still making cookies in the evening which is my favorite part. :) The ready to go breakfast is a huge improvement compared to the normal continental breakfast that was pre COVID-19. They now serve breakfast sandwiches and burritos wrapped in foil and ready to take with you truly great for any occasion and especially for business travelers in a rush.
This place should be a 5 star hotel, in my opinion. From the staff on the phone, who were very helpful, to the actual hotel staff who were very friendly and wanting to help. Our room looked great, was an amazing price and the breakfast was perfect. Not just a piece of toast or small donut. They served a great variety of different main entries each day and willing to hello you get what you wanted. Great job everyone.

I wish I could give this 4.5 it has done an awesome job of adapting to the Covid 19 guidelines. There breakfast is super creative. I loved it the staff was exceptional and they were human they laughed with us and checked in on us. They even made joked around with us and it made it feel like home. They also explained the brilliance behind there breakfast burritos. All in all I loved the stop in Spokane even more because of this hotel.
