The manager likes to tell her new tenents how to rip her old tenents off when her new tenents are buying a trailor from someone. I dont understand because i dont live there anymore she feels obligated to tell her new tenent how to screw me out of 5,000 dollars thats owed to me. The parks dirty and nasty ever since the new manager took over! Horrable place to live!
There are a lot of addicts and mentally unstable individuals that harass my Mom on a regular basis and most of them are not tenants in the park but refuse to leave.
Super tight driveway, hard to find and see the house numbers. Very little parking and no visitor signs to help guide any new comers.
Cozy place to live with beautiful scenery. Neighbors are nice. Family atmosphere.. Property manager is very kind and helpful. Mountains surround .. close by many stores.. restaurants and many other stores. All bills in this location end up very affordable also.. 5 stars..
