Awful place!! Would NOT recommend renting here. They have not honored the legal agreement signed, and have tried scamming me out of my security deposit. I will be taking legal action to obtain the money they legally owe me. Id like to give them ZERO STARS.
Aubrey (current manager) is rude and unprofessional. No proper notices are ever given to residents, meaning you'll wake up with your water off or people in your yard with no warning (this isn't even legal) beforehand. She will hang up on you if you call to inquire about basically anything. The water was contaminated for over a year and thy kept the water that was donated to the park locked AWAY from residents. I hope to move soon and I wouldn't reccomend living here if you have other options.
Bad management and they’ve had E. coli in the water system for over a year
This isn’t a very nice Mobile Park. That’s not to say that there aren’t nice mobile homes here. The bad ones are slowly moving out. The thing is though that as soon as one moves out another moves in to replace them. There are also pot holes in the road way throughout the park. The mobile homes are also very close together.
People there are ruid and scream at kids the manger is nice and keeps place looking good.
